How to prepare:

  • set up a safe space with plenty of room for movement (at least a yoga mat’s length)

  • plan to have some privacy for this practice - allow yourself to get vulnerable and playful

  • bring a pen and paper to jot down any breakthrough moments or messages from your body

  • have an open mind!

Hi, I’m Belle!

I’m a birth worker, somatic guide, and mama of a spunky toddler among other things. I’ve experienced the immense power of shadow work and somatic practices in my own life to navigate motherhood, process big emotions, understand patterns I was unconsciously repeating, and even heal a decade of chronic pain.

I believe everyone has the power to heal and expand their capacity to hold more on all levels, if you’re willing to be vulnerable and allow deep communication with your body & soul.
